What is a Home Inspection?
A home inspection is a visual, non-invasive examination of a structure and its various systems and components. The inspector looks for characteristics, good and bad, so he can provide his client with an accurate "snapshot" of the property, and point out safety and maintenance concerns. After the inspection, the inspector provides his client with a comprehensive and detailed report for reference. My report contains photos and diagrams to illustrate and explain items in regards to the property. It helps everyone involved in the process because they know the property better and can make an informed decision, regardless of their position in the transaction.
